Yes. Creating an account lets you manage your bookings and view booking details anytime.
Some properties require the owner to confirm. You’ll see the status update after the owner accepts or declines.
Instant Confirmation means the booking will be confirmed automatically and does not require approval or confirmation by the property owner.
You cannot change the date or time of a booking after it has been plcaed. You may contact the owner to try and change the date/time, however, they are under no obligation to accomodate such request unless explicitly stated by their cancellation/refund policy.
Some properties use fixed packages (e.g., 6 hours), while others allow hourly booking. The booking page shows the exact pricing mode and total before you confirm.
Any additional platform or service fees are shown clearly in the breakdown before you confirm.
Some properties require a refundable security deposit. If it applies, it will be shown in your booking details and invoice breakdown. A refundable security deposit is given upon entry of the chalet, and upon returning the chalet in a pristine condition, is given back to the individual.
The cancellation/refund rules are shown on the property/booking details. Always review them before confirming.
Go to “My Bookings” to see status, dates, and to download booking details when available.
Open the property booking page and use the Contact section (social/WhatsApp/etc.) if provided.
